* Began teaching in 1987
* Taught sixth grade for seven years.
* Taught fifth grade for four years.
* Presently Middle School Social Studies Instructor for the Van Buren
R-1
School District
* Taught Theater classes for Express Dance Company for two years.
* Spelling Bee Coordinator
* Academic Bowl Coordinator for Elementary and Middle School.
* Elementary Cheerleading Sponsor
* Working with Academic Bowl for another first place
win. Van Buren
Elementary won first place at the Lesterville Academic Bowl in 2002.

Work with Outdoor Leadership groups. We attend an overnight camp
out and
learn to read a compass and contour map.
My
husband, Dr. Jeff Lindsey is Superintendent of Van Buren R-1 School
We
have a daughter, Jennifer, and this is her senior year in college.
Personal Interests
* Traveling out West. I love the mountains and
visiting National Parks.
* I like to go to the ocean and lie on the beach all day!
* My favorite t.v. shows are Friends and Will and Grace.
