INTRODUCTION

Good morning! Welcome to the office of Roadrunner Computing Service. This is your first day on the job as an assistant to the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company, Mr. Don Huddleston. Mr. Huddleston will be traveling to Washington, DC, (use IAD or DCA for the airport code) from St. Louis (STL for airport code) in October for a meeting with one of his clients. His first meeting is scheduled for October 20, 20--, at 10:00 a.m. in the Oval Office of the White House. His second meeting is scheduled for October 21, at 2:00 p.m. in the Kentucky Room at the Pentagon. He is free for sight-seeing all other times.  He has asked you to make all of his travel arrangements for the trip including flights, car rental, and hotel accommodations. (We will not really purchase these, but we will pretend.) Mr. Huddleston would like to arrive 3 days early to include some sight-seeing, and he plans to return home the day after his last appointment.
