Walking/Weight Management Program

-All prescription medication is to be in a bottle with the prescription label stating the name, medication and dose for the student.

-Parents should ask the pharmacy for a second bottle with the same label and bring just the amount of doses we will give at school for the days needed.

-All over the counter medications will be given the following "Over The Counter Medication Protocol" written by Dr. Toney and will require a consent form signed by a Parent/Guardian.

-All medication is to be kept in the school nurse's office.

-The school nurse is not to administer the first dose of any new medication.
