            Tax Rate Hearing to be held Tuesday, August 20, 2009 at 5:30 pm

Motion: to set operating tax levy at $2.75 using the powers granted the district by Amendment 2 which grants every

district in the state the right to set a $2.75 levy.

Motion: to set the debt service levy at $0.85 using the powers granted the district by the qualified voters of Seneca R-VII School District of Newton and McDonald County, Missouri, at a special election held concurrently with the general election on Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
