Salt Dough

 

1 cup white flour

¼ cup salt

2 tablespoons cream of tartar

1 cup water

1 tablespoon oil

 

Mix flour salt and cream of tartar in a medium pot.  Add water and oil.  Stir and cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes.  Mixture will look messy but it will turn out!  It will form a ball in the middle of the pan.  Next turn it out and knead on a lightly floured surface.  Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
