1.  Accelerated Reader
                    You will need to pass the test with an 80% or better to count as a book report.  You will need to give me
                    the following information after you take the test:
                                        Your name
                                        Title of the book
                                        Author
                                        Number of pages
                                        Fiction or Non-fiction
                                        Score on the test

                   2.  Special Projects

                        A.  Pop-Up Book Report - Get instructions from Miss Heckman

                        B.  Biography Book Report - Get instructions from Miss Heckman

                        C.  Advertisement - After reading your book, get a white piece of paper (no lines).  Design an
                                                          advertisement for your book that you might see in the newspaper.  This is not 
                                                          just a picture!!!  Be sure to include the title, author, number of pages and 
                                                          whether it is fiction or non-fiction.

                        D.  Oral Book Report - Be prepared to tell the class about your book.  You will need to be able to do
                                                             this from memory.  Don't tell about the whole book.  Just tell about the most
                                                              important parts.  You will need to write down the title, author, fiction or 
                                                              nonfiction, and number of pages on paper to give to me the day you do your
                                                              report.
