Our students can earn high school or college
credit through Internet instruction. Students in the past have
taken chemistry, college algebra, physics, intermediate algebra,
astronomy, and trigonometry.
The 2008-2009 year is going to be great we
already have a student preparing to take College Algebra.
We have added video conferencing to the
classroom setting for the students.
Students who successfully complete the college
courses can transfer credit to the college of their choice. In
2005-2006 we had the following courses completed for college credit:
Computers for Learning, and Spanish III. This was for a total of
9 credit hours completed.
The 2006-2007 school year was also successful.
We had 1 student earn college credit in College Algebra and 1
student earned college credit for Chemistry/Lab. We also had
other students who successfully completed Physics, Chemistry and
College Algebra that chose not to receive college credit.
The 2007-2008 we had 2 students enrolled in
Chemistry/Lab and 1 student enrolled in Physics. The year was
successful with two students earning college 10 college credits.
