The 2006 baseball team had a 500 season.  The 2008 season promises to be a good one, and the schedule will be posted as soon as it is availabe.  The team will have  a good combination of young and experienced talent.

The softball team has a winning tradition at L.H.S.  They finished the 2007 season with a record of  9-3.   The schedule and roster will be posted as soon as they are avaiabl.e  Come on out to one of the games to see some good softball action.

The 2007 volleyball team is being coached by Mrs. Sandy Davis and Mr. Greg Nenninger.  The Varsity team opened the season by winning First Place in the Woodland Tournament.  They placed 2nd out of 48 teams in the Semo Classic.  They were Conference Champs, District Champs, and Sectional winners.  They won Third place in the State Tournament in Warrensburg.  Their season record was 29-3-3.  The Junior Varsity team was also Conference champs, Meadow Heights Tournament Champs, and Holcomb Tournament Champs.  Their season record was 21-1.  Freshmen team also had a good season.

With some strong junior varisty players moving up this year, the varsity team and fans are looking forward to a great season on the hardwood in 2007-2008.  The junior varsity should remain tough with some good freshmen joining the experienced sophomores.  Coach Dugger has high expectations for his third season here.
