Pep Club
Here at LHS, we take pride in our students who are active in sports. Pep Club is a way to show appreciation and support to all of the players and coaches. Pep Club was started at L.H.S. in 1968, and at that time it was called the "Blue Claws Pep Club." At one point the name was changed to simply "The Pep Club," but this year the members decided to change the name back to the "Blue Claws."
Pep Club members are invited to a Pizza Party at the end of the basketball and volleyball seasons. Pep Club members also sponsor Homecoming Activities and are active participants in Spirit Week. Pep Club is one of the largest clubs at L.H.S. with the majority of students being members.
