Jodi  Barks
       Second  Grade 

Educational Background:
I graduated from Greenville High School in 2001 then went to on to earn an Associates of Arts degree from Three Rives Community College. I then graduated from Central Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education.

Teaching Experience:
I was a substitute teacher at Greenville Elementary for two years. My student teaching experience included third grade at Woodland Elementary and Pre-School at Greenville Elementary. I completed my first year of teaching at Leopold last year.

Plans for this year:
I plan to have another wonderful year learning from the students and staff at Leopold Elementary!

What I have planned for second grade:
I will give this years second grade class nine months full of great learning experiences to carry with them throughout their education.

Second Grade Students:
Dalton, Matthew, Tristen, Hailey, Bayleigh, Brooke, McKenna, Brice, Jared, Blake, Dakota, Jesse, Shelby, Victor, and Curtis

Homework:
Each week may vary, but basically it will include:
Monday - Math and Spelling
Tuesday - Math
Wednesday - Math
Thursday - Math (plus study for reading and spelling)

Memorable Events:
My summer vacation to Destin, FL.
