Course Description
Economics is the social science that deals with the problems and efforts of people, with relatively scarce resources, to produce and use the good and services they need in order to satisy their unlimited wants. A scientific approach is used to discover the cause-and-Effect relationship that results in creating problems of inflation, recession, economic growth, foreign aid, government deficits, and taxes. The aim of economics at this level is to adequatley equip one to participate intelligently and effectively in mordern economic society.
