Karin Busiere, Secondary Librarian.  Ms. Busiere has served the state of Missouri's students as an educator for 24 years.  Her greatest love is READING - and extending that love to the young people of Elsberry.

Theresa Miller, St. Charles County System Librarian.  Mrs. Miller has worked as a public facility librarian for 10 years and serves as children's librarian in one of the many St. Charles County system libraries.

Melissa Grossner, Communication Arts teacher.  Mrs. Grossner, a teacher in the Elsberry School System, encourages her middle school students to read daily in her classes - as well as to respond reflectively in written form to literature.

Anne Anthony, patron of Elsberry School District.  Mrs. Anthony, a resident of Elsberry, has two children who are students in our local school system.  She brings her financial expertise and concern for youth literacy to the F.O.E.L. organization.
