Mrs. Turner

Mrs. Turner teaches a variety of classes which includes: Foods I and II, Child Development I and II, and Family Living/Housing. Family and Consumer Science classes offer students the skills that will be needed for adult life. Mrs. Turner and her husband, Don, have been married 9 years and have 3 children: Aaron, Jason, and Nicole. She graduated from Neelyville High School in 1975. She attended Three Rivers Community College and received her Associate of arts degree, then went on to Arkansas State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Education degree.
She taught Special Education at Doniphan High School last year and has taught for 14 years. Extracurricular activities she is involved in are the Great Expectations Cafe. Mrs. Turner was also a teacher's aide in Poplar Bluff. Mrs. Turner enjoys baking, sewing, raising horses and doves, and likes to travel. Mrs. turner says," It is very rewarding when I see a student that I have had being successful in a work situation."
