The board consisted of six members and met monthly. Principals and supervisors were always present. The members' attendance was excellent. Records show that in a period of three years, all six members were present with the exception of two meetings.
All patrons of the District were welcome to attend the meetings. If they had any problems they wanted to discuss with the superintendent and Board members they were "listened to" as the first item of business.
