Math: We will continue with Data Analysis and Statistics. We will discuss misleading graphs an probability. |
Social Studies: On Monday, we will have an open-book test over chapter 3. Tuesday through Thursday we will start getting into the "real deal" of government presented in chapter 4. Be prepared to use graphic organizers, notes, create a television show over a section and more.

Language Arts: The students will be working with compare and contrast writing. They will use this type of writing to compare and contrast Dan and Little Ann from Where the Red Fern Grows. |
Reading: We will finish reading, Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls. We learn then begin a performance assessment in which the students compare and contrast Little Ann and Old Dan. Students will need to use their scoring guides to assure they are covering all of the requirements. |

Science: We will be preparing for the performance
assessment called Product X.. Groups
will choose a product and a certain property to test. The students will be completing
measurement stations. This will be
recorded as a test score. |
