Get Ready for College
Much of the VHS site is available to all users. Some areas, including the actual NetCourses are only available to VHS students and Faculty (take a look at the site map for a quick look at access levels for the site). If you are not a VHS student or faculty member and would like to be, visit our Main Office for all the information and forms that are needed to get you started.
Colleges and Universities
This site is the Virtual Tours of United States Colleges and Universities.
Financial Aid Information
This form is used to prepare an estimate of the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and financial need. This is a free service.
Scholarship Information
CollegeNET has announced the launch of Mach25, an open-architecture scholarships database. CollegeNet serves a network of more than 250 colleges and universities in electronically transmitting student applicant information to campus computers and processing payment of application fees over the Internet. Mach25 is free to users and requires no sign-up registration process or password access.
Financial Aid Search Through the WEB is the largest and most complete scholarship search on the Internet. It provides access to a searchable database of more than 275,000 private sector scholarships, fellowships, grants, and student loans available to students.
SAT - ACT Testing Information
They are responsible for the SATs, GREs, GMATs and others. You can get practice questions for the SATs and info on jobs/careers and college financial aid.

Career Resource Center is the Internet's most complete and extensive index of career related web sites.
If you can't afford to go to college at the moment, you have lots of company. Last year nearly 1,000,000 high school grads decided not to enroll in college right away. Most joined the work force or the military.
In today's world, there are hundreds of occupations from which to choose, so it's important to spend some time looking into your options. The U. S. Military is one option everyone should know about. Once you have the facts, you may discover for yourself the military is an excellent place to start your career.
