Middle School Parents,

We are off to a great start and appreciate your support and patience during our transition this summer.  The air conditioning feels great and students are more comfortable and focused on learning this fall.  The administrative team has decided that to improve student safety at the middle school, we will close traffic in our circle drive and will use the circle drive for delivery, bus drop off and bus pick up only.  Parents should drop students off only at designated drop off spots along Main St. and preferably in the parking lot across from the middle school.

Also, we would appreciate it if you would remind your middle school student of the following safety rules in regard to pedestrian traffic around the middle school.

1. Circle drive is now only for bus and delivery traffic.
2. Students should always use designated crosswalks.
3. Students are not allowed to skateboard or bicycle on school property.  Please walk bikes on and off of the property.

Once again, we feel that these changes will promote student safety and appreciate your efforts in helping us with this initiative.
