A toll-free number has been established by the Department of Social Services that will allow parents and citizens to call and report potential threats affecting schools, students and school personnel. The caller may remain anonymous or leave his/her name. Once the call is received the building principal is notified as is the local police authority as to the nature of the call.
The toll free number is 1-866-748-7047 and is in operation from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday (except holidays).
