Applicants with a valid Missouri substitute teaching certification, a content area teaching certificate, or special education certificate are preferred. Background knowledge in special education, technology, effective communication skills, and an on-going commitment to personal professional development, and an ability to work in a team environment are essential. Previous experience with the district is a plus. This is a nine month position. Employment will begin January 4th, 2011.
