CONGRATULATIONS to the 5th/6th Academic Team for winning the 2nd Place Trophy in the Conference.  They finished their season scoring 1170 points and had a 7-2-1 record.  Team members are Lauren Cole, Hanna Fries, Brooke Gragg, Seth Carpenter, Jacob Curran, Joe Curran, Johnathan Chittum, and Keifer Steeby.

 

HS Red and White homework passes will be given out today at lunch.  You may only use one per class.

 

Lunch order this grade check:  Juniors (97.77%), Freshmen (96.41%), Seniors (95.70%), Sophomores (92.47%)

JH Boys B-Ball practice begins tomorrow, October 7th, after school.

 

P.T.O. logo designs, please collect and put in P.T.O. mailbox.  Logo design deadline is October 30, 2009.

Don’t forget to include name and grade.

 

6th grade girls’ basketball tryouts will resume on Friday, October 9th in the Elementary gym from 5:30-7:30.  Questions call Karen Schuman @ 5676-2119.

 

FFA and FCCLA Members:  Permission slips for the Halloween Party are due back to Mrs. Kothe or

Mr. Windsor by OCTOBER 12TH.

 

FCCLA MEMBERS:  Please report to Mrs. Kothe’s room for Halloween Party permission slips.  They must be turned in OCTOBER 12TH

 

HS Cheerleaders need to turn in trash bag money by Friday, October 9, to Mrs. Atkins or Mrs. Sybert.

 

FCCLA Region 1 t-shirt order form is on Mrs. Kothe’s door.  Please order one if you want one by October 5th. 

 

Mr. Windsor’s Horticulture class will once again be selling poinsettias.  Orders must be turned in by October 14th. 

 

FCCLA Members dues need to be paid by October 20, in the amount of $20.  Anyone wanting a secret grandparent please do so ASAP.  Thanks

JUNIORS/SENIORS:  ACT Prep Shop will be held on Saturday, October 10th in St. Joseph and Saturday, October 17th, in Maryville.  See Mr. Jackson to register.

TEACHERS:  Dale Johnson, from Forrest T. Jones, will be here Tuesday after school at 3:30pm and Wednesday morning before school at 7:15am to go over the different Health Care Plan options that will be offered by the school district.  Please try to attend one of the meetings so you may make an informed decision about you health care plan
